Many foreigners find the Icelandic language hard to understand and even more difficult to learn. You however dont need to master perfectly the grammar or have the perfect pronunciation to be able to start learning few sentences – or even better to start ordering your beer at the pub in Icelandic, have dinner at a Icelandic restaurant, count to ten or just say good morning in Icelandic. It is always fun to learn a new language so why not give Icelandic a try and learn few sentences in our mini course. Just ask us for any specific words or sentences and we will try out best to teach you in our short mini course in a relaxed get-together. At least you can do some learning while you wait for the northern lights viewing!

This mini course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn Icelandic words or sentences.

This min course cost ISK 5000. Thursday 8:00 – 9:30 pm at Thorvaldsen Bar, Austurvollur. Included: Learn Icelandic notes. A native speaker will help you with correct pronunciation and to form sentences. One draft of beer or a glass of white/red housewine, bread basket with pesto & butter.
