On this beautiful winter hike tour with Arctic Adventures This tour starts in Reykjavik where you will be picked up on a super jeep early in the morning. We will start by driving to Hellisheiði Mountain where we will gear up for adventures quad biking in the lava fields around the mountain. We use powerful Yahama Grizzly bike on extra large tires. It is a great adventure and almost like biking on the moon. Next stop is Seljalandsfoss Waterfall where we will walk behind the water. Further we drive through the infamous "Volcano Alley", into the black sand beach. On the way back we visit Skogarfoss Waterfall. We are back to Reykjavik around 18:00.

What is great with this tour?Just imagine driving through the "volcano valley" with Eyjafjalla mountains with the world well known Eyjafjallajökul volcano on your left, then on the right side you have the volcanic Westman Islands and the powerful Katla volcano straight in front of us. This will be your view sitting in the jeep on your in the volcanic valley. What a amazing view and you can not find any other place in the world that has similar powerful views.
